1. What is your Cancellation & Camp Credit Policy?

Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival are not eligible for any credit.

For cancellations made 7 or more days in advance, any monies paid will convert to a camp credit.

Camp credits must be used within the same calendar season and applied toward a stay of equal or greater length and value.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments at the time the payment is processed.


2. Where are you located and how do I contact you?

We are located at 105 Fawn Dr, Oxford, WI 53952.

3. When is your camping season and when do reservations open?

Our camping season typically runs mid-April through mid-October.


4. What types of accommodations do you offer?

We offer:

555 full-hookup campsites, including overnight, pull-through, and seasonal sites.
• Fully equipped cabins featuring a kitchen, A/C, flatscreen TVs, fire pit, and outdoor patio.


5. What on-site amenities and activities are available?

• Aqua park on the pond with floating inflatables and waterslide
• Swimming pool with swim-up bar
• Restaurant & bar (Twisted Pine)
• Snack bar and coffee/donut shop (Mary’s) with cart delivery
• Petting zoo, playgrounds, and dog parks
• Frisbee golf, volleyball, pickleball, cornhole, outdoor movies, and shooting range
• Rentals including golf carts, kayaks, paddleboats, bikes, and pedal cartsOur camping season typically runs mid-April through mid-October.


6. What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 2 PM CST and check-out is by 11 AM.
Early check-in may be available for a $25 fee. Late arrivals are welcome—please call ahead.


7. What are your pet policies?

Pets are welcome but must be leashed, registered, and have proof of vaccinations. Guests must clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in buildings, the pool, playgrounds, pond, or beach areas. Excessive barking or leaving pets unattended may result in eviction without refund.  Pitbulls and Rottweilers are not allowed.


8. Can I have campfires?

Campfires are allowed only in provided fire rings. Outside firewood is not permitted. Firewood is available for purchase on-site.


9. What about visitor and vehicle policies?

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. All visitors must check in at the office, pay the applicable fee, and receive a parking pass.Each site includes one RV and one vehicle. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles. Parking on the grass is not permitted.


10. Are there rules regarding noise or quiet hours?

Quiet hours are generally 10 PM until morning.
The speed limit throughout the resort is 5 mph. Violations may result in warnings or eviction without refund.


11. Do you allow washing RVs or vehicles on-site?

Limited washing is permitted using one bucket of water and a sponge only. Hose washing is not allowed.


12. Can I move to a different campsite during my stay?

Site changes may be possible depending on availability and maintenance schedules. Please check with the office before making any changes.


13. Are electric bikes, ATVs, or dirt bikes allowed?

ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are not permitted. Motorcycles are only allowed for arrival and departure. Golf carts are the primary transportation method within the resort.


14. Can I hang rugs or store items under my rig?

Outdoor rugs are not permitted as they damage the grass. Storage under or around your RV or picnic area is not allowed and must be kept out of sight.


15. What happens in case of severe weather?

Guests should seek shelter in designated restroom buildings and remain with their pets. Do not leave pets unattended in RVs during severe weather.


16. How large is the property and what is its history?

The resort sits on approximately 454 acres and was formerly Camp Freeland Leslie, a historic Boy Scout camp.


17. What’s nearby? Is there cell service?

We are located about 30 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, with access to nearby lakes and trail systems. Cell service is generally available but may vary depending on your provider.
